Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the 516 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. You must be 18 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to register or use the 516 platform.
These terms apply to all services offered by 516 — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, lottery, and other entertainment services. Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation, Security & Management
Accurate and up-to-date information is required when creating an account on 516. Registering with false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination. Each individual is allowed only one account — multiple accounts are not permitted.
You must keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately. You may not allow anyone else to use your account.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
- 516 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these terms.
- Accounts may be suspended immediately if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
- Users may also request to close their account at any time by contacting support.
- After an account is closed, any verified remaining balance will be settled in accordance with our withdrawal policy.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
The following rules must be followed when using the 516 platform:
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or make unauthorized modifications to any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to access another user's account or collect their personal information is strictly prohibited.

All transactions on the 516 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via approved local mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also accepted.
- Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes. If there is a delay due to technical issues, please contact support.
- Withdrawals: Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. A copy of your National ID card or passport is required for verification.
